Singapore move-out पर SP utilities account close कैसे करें

Key handover से SP account अपने-आप close नहीं होता. बहुत जल्दी बंद किया तो final cleaning में power/water नहीं; देर से बंद किया तो handover के बाद का use आपके bill में आ सकता है. Closure, final bill, deposit refund और new address को अलग tasks मानें.

Key handover से backwards plan करें

T-7 to T-3Handover और final cleaning time confirm करें. SP app/Portal में contact details, refund method और payment arrangement check करें.
T-3 to T-1Suitable termination date के साथ account close request दें. Piped gas हो तो City Energy से termination और fee अलग confirm करें.
Handover dayCleaning के बाद accessible meter readings, home condition और keys की photos लें. Closure confirmation save करें.

क्या old SP account new address पर transfer हो जाता है?
