नहीं. केवल तब select करें जब merchant/platform/carrier checkout या delivery flow में explicitly POPStation support दे. Locker location को normal residential address की तरह न भरें.

Missed delivery: actual notice follow करें

Order number, tracking status, time और carrier name save करें.
SMS, app, email और delivery card देखें; next step automatic redelivery या named collection point हो सकता है.
SingPost notification card से post office transfer हुआ हो तो current official guidance next 10 working days का hold बताती है; उसके बाद sender को return हो सकता है.
केवल official carrier website/app या order support use करें. Unexpected payment, OTP, card या Singpass request suspicious मानें.

Delivered but missing: 15-minute evidence pass

Full address, unit number और phone दोबारा check करें.
Letterbox, doorstep, safe spots, concierge/security, management parcel area, flatmates और neighbours check करें.
Tracking/order pages, delivery photo/time, location photos और contact records save करें.
Carrier और merchant/platform में case खोलें; social comment पर depend न करें. Case number/deadline लिखें.
High-value item या theft sign हो तो CCTV time window preserve करने के लिए management से पूछें; neighbours की footage खुद public न करें.
