Singapore में rental मिलते ही पूरा furniture package मत खरीदें. 2026 में appliance labels और rules

  • NEA Energy Label: refrigerators, air-conditioners, clothes dryers, televisions और lamps जैसे regulated appliances में label और registration check करें.
  • 1 Jul 2026 से own-use import of regulated goods पर NEA registration/MEPS requirements का ध्यान रखें; overseas cheap deal automatically safe नहीं है.
  • PUB WELS: washing machines और water fittings के लिए water-efficiency labels देखें.
  • Second-hand listing guarantee नहीं है: item test करें, serial/model label photo लें, delivery, installation, refund और lift/stair fees written रखें.

Delivery और installation day checklist

  • Delivery से पहले/बाद door, lift, corridor और item condition की photos लें.
