Why the bill can still rise: SP says the Jul–Sep 2026 household electricity tariff before GST is 17.0% higher than the previous quarter. The average monthly electricity bill for a four-room HDB household is expected to rise by S$17.14 before GST. U-Save cushions a bill; it does not reduce the tariff.
