29 Aug 2026 update: AXS top-ups बंद हो चुके हैं। 4 September 2026 को SimplyGo Ticket Offices, Ticketing Service Centres और Contact Centre 2pm के बाद बंद रहेंगे; नीचे self-service या station-help route चुनें।

29 Aug से AXS top-up बंद: अब कौन-सा route लें?

यह top-up channel का change है; इसका मतलब card 29 Aug को expire नहीं होता। Phone, payment card और cash needs के हिसाब से verified fallback चुनें।

NFC phone + Singapore-issued bank card

पहले SimplyGo app try करें

Time-critical trip से पहले small-value top-up test करें। Phone में NFC और app-supported travel card/payment method जरूरी है।

App नहीं / NFC नहीं

Ticketing Service Kiosk use करें

Official kiosk locator से location खोजें। SimplyGo stored-value card top-up और NETS या Singapore-issued credit/debit card payment list करता है।

4 Sep को 2pm के बाद help / foreign card या cash

Closed staffed counter पर depend न करें

Complex issue 2pm से पहले करें। बाद में Ticketing Service Kiosk या MRT/bus interchange Passenger Service Centre जाएँ। SimplyGo के अनुसार kiosk cash और foreign-issued Mastercard, VISA or JCB स्वीकार करता है; fee लग सकती है।

पहला decision: bank card से tap करें या transport card लें?

अगर आपके पास reliable Visa/Mastercard है जो overseas transactions में smooth चलता है (mobile wallet सहित), bank card tap सबसे frictionless है। अगर foreign fees, limits या card declines की चिंता है, transport card backup रखना safer है।

Adult transport card (EZ-Link / NETS FlashPay)

Best for: Bank card से separate रखना है या no-drama backup चाहिए

  • Common retail points पर buy/top-up (POS पर verify करें)
  • ‘Stability first’ approach के लिए अच्छा
  • Refund/balance rules vary—official details जरूरत पर check करें

Public Transport Voucher (PTV) redemption

Best for: Income/resident rules meet करने वाले households जिन्हें fare-card relief चाहिए

  • 2025 PTV application/review window 31 Oct 2026 तक है
  • S$60 अलग-अलग travel cards में S$10 denominations में redeem हो सकता है
  • Eligibility/status official MOT/CC channels तय करते हैं

First-week workflow (safe और practical)

  • Day 0-1: एक method choose करें जो reliably tap करे (bank card या transport card)।
  • Day 1-2: official trip/charge tracking path (e.g., SimplyGo) set करें ताकि anomalies कहाँ check करनी हैं पता हो।
  • Week one: commute stable होने के बाद cost optimisation (card choice/top-up style) करें।

Watch-outs

  • हर card 'just works' assume मत करें—पहले दिन low-stakes test कर लें।
  • Bank-card taps में posting delay/aggregation हो सकती है; instant bank notifications को day ledger मत मानें।
